Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any items in our Print Shoppe
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@balloonsandsuch.com. Please note that Print Shoppe returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Balloon Shoppe
Please note that all sales are final on Balloon Shoppe items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our balloon products.
Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to carefully review the product details to ensure you are happy with your selection. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, feel free to reach out to our team prior to purchasing.

Party Rentals

Rental Cancellations
- Cancellation Notice of 14+ Days: If you cancel your rental reservation at least 14 days before your event date, you will receive a full refund.Â
- Cancellation Notice of Less Than 14 Days: If you cancel your rental reservation within 14 days of your event date, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we may allow you to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability, with no additional charge.

Damage or Loss of Rental Items
- If any rental items are returned damaged, lost, or not in the condition they were rented in, you will be charged for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s). The cost will depend on the severity of the damage or the value of the lost item.

Late Returns
- Rental items must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. A late return may incur additional charges, calculated at 10% of the rental fee for each day the items are overdue.

Non-Refundable Items
- Delivery and setup fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to deliver the items as agreed.

Event Changes or Postponements
- If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, personal emergency), we will make every effort to reschedule your rental items. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be provided based on the situation.

Refund Process
- Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Refunds are only granted in accordance with the terms listed above.

Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the rental items are returned in good condition. If there are any issues with your rental order upon delivery, please notify us immediately, and we will address them.
Print Shoppe

Custom Products
All sales are final for custom items. Since these products are specifically created based on your order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake made on our part, such as incorrect printing, defective materials, or damages caused during shipment. -
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us on the same day of receiving your order. We may request pictures of the damage to process your claim. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. -
Incorrect Orders
If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund after confirming the mistake. -
Sizing Issues
Please refer to the sizing guide for clothing items before making a purchase. If you're unsure about sizing, please reach out to us for assistance. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. -
Refund Process
Refunds are only issued if an item is defective or if there is a mistake with your order. If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. -
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items unless they are damaged or defective.
