Processing Time
- Production Time: All print shop items (e.g., custom t-shirts, mugs, prints, etc.) require a production time of 2 to 3 business days. Please note that production time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent once your items have been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping options, which typically take 5 to 10 business days for delivery after production.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your items sooner, we also offer expedited shipping. Delivery times vary by location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on your order size, weight, and shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before completing your order.
Delivery Time
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes between 5 and 10 business days after production. Expedited shipping may take 2 to 3 business days.
- Note: Production time and shipping time are separate. Please ensure you account for both when planning for your order's arrival.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the following locations: Domestic shipping includes shipping within the US only.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
- International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our carrier.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect address information. Lost or Damaged Items
